Privacy, plainly.
This site collects very little, uses it for exactly what you asked for, and sells it to no one. The details follow, in the same plain language as everything else here.
What gets collected.
Your email address, when you subscribe to The Dispatch, request Field Briefing No. 01, or finish the Slope Check and choose to receive your result by email. That's the whole list of reasons.
Inquiry details, when you submit the booking form on Work With Me: name, work email, company, role, and the situation you describe. You wrote it; I read it.
Usage data, via Google Analytics: pages visited, rough location, device type. Standard, anonymized-in-aggregate website measurement. No advertising pixels, no retargeting, no social trackers.
What it gets used for.
- Sending you the thing you signed up for: the weekly Dispatch, the Field Briefing No. 01 download, or a diagnostic result
- Replying to your inquiry about the Diagnostic or an engagement
- Understanding which pages earn attention, so the library gets better
That's it. No cold lists, no "partners," no surprise enrollment in anything you didn't click.
Who touches the data.
A short list of processors, each doing one job:
- Kit (ConvertKit) stores email subscriptions and sends The Dispatch and Field Briefing No. 01
- Netlify receives booking-form submissions and hosts form infrastructure
- Google Analytics handles site measurement
- Vercel hosts this website
Each operates under its own privacy terms. None of them get more than they need to do the job, and nobody gets your data for marketing of their own.
What never happens.
Your data is never sold, rented, or traded. There is no data brokerage line item in this practice and there never will be. If that changes, this page changes first and loudly, but it won't.
Your controls.
- Unsubscribe from The Dispatch with one click, at the bottom of any email. No exit interview.
- Deletion: email ryan@frontlinetoforecast.com and your records are removed from the systems above within 30 days.
- Access: same address. Ask what's held on you and you'll get a straight answer. It will be a short email.
Cookies.
Google Analytics sets its standard measurement cookies. The site itself sets none for tracking. Block analytics cookies in your browser and everything here still works.
Children.
This site is built for people who carry quotas and forecasts. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and no data is knowingly collected from them.
Changes.
If this policy changes in any way that matters, the date above changes with it and material changes get a note in The Dispatch. Quiet edits to expand data collection are not how this practice operates.
Contact.
