What 90 minutes looks like.

Three phases. The work starts before the session and continues after. The 90 minutes is the spine.

PHASE 01 · Before

Pre-session intake.

  • Brief data submission — current quarter pipeline, prior 4Q forecast accuracy, team structure
  • Two diagnostic questions you answer in writing
  • I prep against your data. You walk in to applied work, not introductions
PHASE 02 · During

The 90-minute session.

  • Locate your organization on the Domination Curve — with the data you sent
  • Identify the slope risks hiding in your current forecast
  • Run an I.R.C. inventory on the moves your team is making versus the moves that compound
  • Co-draft your 90-day priority list
PHASE 03 · After

The deliverable + decision.

  • Written diagnostic report — your slope, your risks, your I.R.C. priorities
  • One follow-up call within 30 days to inspect installation
  • Optional: scope a retained engagement from the priority list
On the Price

$7,500 base. $15,000 ceiling. Price scales with org complexity — number of reps in scope, segments covered, and depth of forecast data analyzed pre-session. Most engagements land at $10,000. Quoted at booking, after a short intake call.
